The ListPlex service renews automatically at the end of the annual term. An L-Soft sales representative will make every effort to inform existing ListPlex customers of upcoming renewal dates. Customers can pay for the service renewal by requesting an invoice, using a credit card or by purchase order.
L-Soft is obligated by contract to send an invoice for the renewal if neither of the above-mentioned methods of payment is received. Existing ListPlex customers can choose to cancel their service by providing a cancellation notification in writing 90 days prior to the renewal date.
